Soft welding rod for PP and PE
Application
Flex or PP-flex is a special thermoplastic with a very high softness and high flexibility.
The feel is similar to that of a soft-touch rubber surface. Flex has a low Shore hardness of less than 80 A.
Flex welding rod welds particularly well to PP, but also holds on PE. This way you can make elastic elements.

Processing PP-flex / Flex
Flex is our softest welding rod. The low Shore hardness makes the feel similar to rubber.
You can use all standard welding equipment. A hot air tool, an injectiweld or extruder.
Flex is easy to post-process. It can be sanded, cut and sawn.
