ABS/PC 3D Filament 1.75 mm, 750 g on spool, Black

One spool with ~ 750 g 3D filament made out of ABS/PC in Black, also called PC/ABS.

ABS/PC is a blend of the polymers ABS and Polycarbonate. This material is also called PC/ABS. This material has a better impact toughness at low temperatures in comparison to ABS or to PC.

The most important advantages of ABS/PC are:

-high heat resistance
-high stiffness
-high impact strength even at low temperatures
-low overall shrinage
-easy processing

ABS/PC is best suitable for applications that require high heat distortion temperatures. The heat distortion temperature of ABS/PC is between ~ 95 and 125 °C.

Common products that are made out of ABS/PC are: middel consoles of cars, instrument panels, structural components, keypads, mobile phone bodies, adapters and many more.

Softening temperature ~ 110 °C (Vicat A)
Tensile strength ~ 55 MPa

This filament is primarily used for 3D Printer and Rapid Prototyper.

If foam comes out of the nozzle, the material has to be dried at ~ 75°C for two hours.
