Drader 245 Plastic Welding Device

Small, lightweight, hand-operated. With LED light. For small weld joints.

The Drader 245 is a very compact device for plastic welding.

Without a drive, it is very small. The wire is fed by manually pressing the handle.

The hot metal tip melts the plastic part to be welded and the plastic welding rod that is fed in. 

There are three different welding tips:

• for repairs, for a fillet weld, X- or V-weld.
• a round tip for filling holes
• a conical tip for tacking and for hard-to-reach areas

All three tips are included in the kit.

The temperature can be set between 255 °C and 300 °C.

For the 4 mm round welding rod, choose the same type of plastic as the joining part.

Bright LED lighting ensures good visibility.

The Drader 245 is particularly suitable for short and small welds and for filling holes.

For a weld longer than eight centimeters, we recommend the Drader Injectiweld, which automatically feeds the plastic rod.
