Extruder with brushless drives
Hand extruders with brushless drives have an extended lifespan compared with conventional drill drives.
The uniform extrudate output is guaranteed by the constant drive torque regardless of variations in the drive load.
The noise generation is greatly reduced compared with hand extruders with conventional motors.
The flanged connection between the brushless drive motor and the extruder protects the unit against misalignment between the drive shaft and the extruder scew. The bearings are ruled out and stress less.
A brushless drive extruder has 20 - 30 % more extrudate output than a conventional extruder.
The integrated motor start interlock protects the extruder against cold starting.
The precise temperature control can be set to the used material. The temperature sensors are protected against mechnaical damage.
