Extruders with brush-type drives
Hand extruders with specially developed drives that have an extended lifespand and are quieter than conventional drill drives.
The flanged connection between the drive motor and the extruder protects the unit against misalignment between the drive shaft and the extruder scew. The bearings are ruled out and stress less.
The brush replacement can be easily done through a maintenance port.
The integrated motor start interlock protects the extruder against cold starting.
Theprecise temperature control can be set to the used material. The temperature sensors are protected against mechnaical damage.
