  • Products description

    MoldLay is a wax alike material. You can build casting moulds and create objects for the lost wax process. The 2,300 g are wound on a spool.

    Advantages of MoldLay:
    -almost no warp
    -low viscosity at high temperature
    -very good dimensional stability
    -solid and keeps its shape
    -no heated bed necessary
    -low processing temperature (~ 170 - 185°C)
    -liquefies at ~. 270°C (emptying the cast)

    Mold-Lay is an experimental filament for experimental and experienced user. Help for processing and a great ideas for new 3D objects can be found in the prestigious forums.

    Poro-Lay is best stored dry. If the material absorbed moisture after some time, the filament can be dryed in an oven at max. 40 ° C for four to five hours.
